This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payment, billing practices, and related procedures for Gozunga services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy in its entirety.
2. Billing Terms
2.1 Payment Methods and Account Funding
- We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal only
- Customers must maintain valid, up-to-date payment information
- Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
2.2 Billing Method
Prepaid Account Balance
- Customers may fund their account in advance
- Service charges are deducted from the account balance
- Automatic replenishment will occur when balance falls below specified threshold
- Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds
2.3 Payment Obligations
- Customers are responsible for all charges incurred under their account in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy – Terms of Service
- This includes charges resulting from unauthorized access or account compromise
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
3. Account Standing
3.1 Good Standing Requirements
To maintain an account in good standing, customers must:
- Keep valid payment information on file
- Pay all invoices by the due date
- Maintain compliance with all service policies
- Report any billing disputes within 7 days
- Avoid any service abuse or terms violations
3.2 Service Impacts
Accounts not in good standing may experience:
- Immediate service suspension
- Restricted access to support services
- Ineligibility for SLA claims
- Termination of service agreements
- Referral to collections
4. Service Usage and Liability
4.1 Usage Liability
Customers are fully responsible for all charges incurred on their account including charges resulting from:
- Authorized usage
- Unauthorized access or account compromise
- Security breaches or hacking incidents
- Malicious activity originating from the account
- Resource consumption due to misconfiguration
Security compromise does not relieve payment obligation
4.2 Abuse-Related Charges
Customers remain liable for all charges during abuse incidents, whether abuse was intentional or unintentional. This includes charges from:
- Compromised accounts or credentials
- DDoS attacks
- Malware or ransomware
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Any other unauthorized usage
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
5.1 Dispute Resolution
- All billing disputes must be submitted in writing through our support portal at https://support.gozunga.com
- Disputes must be filed within 7 days of the charge date
- Customers must provide detailed explanation and supporting documentation
- Disputed amounts remain due until resolved
- We reserve the right to suspend service during dispute investigation
5.2 Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Addition to our prohibited customer list
- Pursuit of legal remedies
- Administrative fee of $50 for each chargeback
6. Service Suspension and Termination
6.1 Suspension Triggers
- Failed payment attempts
- Payment method expiration
- Violation of acceptable use policies
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Excessive chargebacks or disputes
6.2 Termination Conditions
- Repeated payment failures
- Multiple policy violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of services or systems
- Extended period of suspension
7. Account Reinstatement
7.1 Requirements
To reinstate suspended services:
- Pay all outstanding balances
- Provide valid payment method
- Resolve any policy violations
- Pay applicable reinstatement fees
- Receive written approval from Gozunga
7.2 Reinstatement Fees
- Reinstatement fees may apply based on violation severity
- All reinstatement fees are non-refundable
8. Billing Notifications
- Payment reminders sent 5 days before due date
- Failed payment notifications sent immediately
- Service suspension notices sent 48 hours in advance
- Account status changes communicated via email
- Billing updates require acknowledgment in customer portal
9. Changes to Billing Terms
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time:
- Changes will be communicated via email
- 30 days notice for material changes
- Continued service use constitutes acceptance
