Your data is stored exclusively in our US-based data centers. We operate under strict physical security with no foreign jurisdiction exposure. Our data center facility is audited annually under SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 2 + HITRUST, GLBA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST SP 800-53, is ISO 27001 certified, and is ITAR and Data Privacy Framework registered.

We proactively monitor our infrastructure around the clock so issues are identified and addressed quickly.

Billing Can I cancel anytime?

For pay-as-you-go customers, yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees, no lock-in. Simply stop provisioning resources and your billing stops. If you're on a Savings Plan with a term commitment, the remaining balance of your plan is due upon cancellation — or your usage will be billed at standard undiscounted rates for the remainder of the term. Account credits are non-refundable.

Billing What happens when my $100 credit runs out?

Once your credits are used or expire after 60 days, your account transitions to pay-as-you-go billing. You'll need a valid payment method on file to keep your services running — without one, resources will be suspended. No surprise charges, but no free ride either.
